Toretto... Just your run of the mill Italian name... Boy, I wish. You see, my family isn't "run
of the mill." All my life I have grown up around cars. It also coincidently happens to be the cause of death preferred by
my family. My father raced in the Pro Stock Car Division. I actually remembered the day that he died. My brother, Dom, my
sister, Mia, and I wereat the track watching when this moron cam in and clipped my dad's bumper, and sent him into the wall.
All of us watched our dad burn to death. It was the worst day in all of our lives. But my second one came when Dom was sentenced
to two years in Lompac for beating the crap out of the guy that hit Papi... Linder... That names till sends chills up my spine...
Those two years wehre the worst years of my life. Just ask anyone in our house...
You know those kinds of relationships with siblings, hwen the parents die and the eldest son
feels like he has to be the father for the younger children? That is the way it was with Dom, had tofill them big shoes of
Papi. Don't tell anyone I told ya this, but he is doing a kick @$$ job. Papi is having a run for his money...
Anyways, we Toretto's made a name for ourselves after Dom was let out. He, and our mysteriously
compiled family (Vince, Letty, Leon, and Jesse) build street cars, and race them. Dom is always the winner, and the ring leader
of sorts. He also boosts the business of our fiend, Harry. And yeah, it helps to have connections.
With any type of success, comes enemies. The Trans, for example. I'm not really sure what the
business deal is that they struck, but Dom made the terrible mistake of sleeping with Johnny's sister... They have, since
then, stayed away from each others turf. It is working well so far...
Maybe I should take a moment and explain how my family cam to be. Hummm, lets start with Vince.
He was in the same 3rd grade class with Dom, and they have been friends ever since. Granted, he can sometimes act like a 3
year old trapped in a 2 year old mans body... And I seem to be the only one that can calm him down when he gets his knickers
in a twist. Letty lived down the street and was always over here, especially when Papi and Dom worked on the cars. She is
the tomboy between Mia, herself, and me. I don't know how to explain Leon or Jesse, except that they just showed up at our
house one day and just never left. But that's okay. Jesse and I are insperable friends, probably because we are so close to
the same age and are both computer artist, his with his cars, and mine with clothing and people. It is nice to have "family
members" that all have something in common, and no one feels left out.
Anyways, I guess I should stop where I am and get on with my story. I won't start from when
I was a bab... I'm still a "babe" but you know what I mean...
